The Chaltún Ha Archaeological Site is located about 69 kilometers (43 miles) from Chichén Itzá, or approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away. These Maya ruins are located in Izamal, one of Yucatán's Magical Towns, and not far from Valladolid.
If you plan to visit Chaltún Ha, it is open Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Its main pyramid is a large platform that stands about 3 meters (10 feet) tall.
